Jen Altamirano is the LGBTQ+ Advocate Trainer in Penny Lane’s Embracing Identities Program, which focuses on providing interactive trainings that seek to raise awareness for LGBTQ+ inclusion. With over 8 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and a proud U.S. Army veteran, Jen brings a unique perspective and unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive communities. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University Northridge and leverages her academic and lived experience to educate empower and inspire others in the support for LGBTQ+ youth and community equality.
