SESSION OVERVIEW

Anyone Can Do It: Allyship through Mentoring
LGBT+ youth everywhere need allies in the form of mentors. Whether working in the clinic or community, you have the opportunity for a unique relationship with queer youth. While family support may be lacking for many as they question sexual and gender identify or even live openly as queer, you as another adult in their lives can support and encourage them in meaningful ways. Come share and learn about ideas for supporting LGBT+ youth in your world and how to make a difference through mentorship.
