Millennial Mom to three amazing humans FIRST, Tee Morgan, M.Ed (she/her), is a Corporate Trainer for Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey (PPNCSNJ), where she supports organizational learning through internal, engaging, and equity-driven training experiences. A proud Jersey girl, Tee holds a bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State University and a Master of Education in Adult Education & Training. Her background includes work as a middle school educator in Philadelphia and more than 15 years facilitating workshops for youth, professionals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
A published author, publishing company owner, and serial entrepreneur, Tee has developed over 30 custom workshops and learning experiences. She is known for her high-energy facilitation style and her ability to deliver complex, sensitive topics—particularly in company culture, leadership & development, trauma-informed care, sex education, reproductive justice, LGBTQ+ Allyship in educational and healthcare spaces, and DEIB—with clarity and care. Tee prides herself on meaningful partnerships with community & grassroots organizations, and remains committed to showing up authentically while helping others do the same through education that informs, empowers, and inspires. She has contributed to and facilitated activities at several major agency-led events like the PPNCSNJ Annual Teen Conference, in addition to serving on planning committees and leading sessions at key conferences like the 2026 National Sex Ed Conference.
