Julie Hall-Panameno (she/her) of LA Unified’s Human Relations Diversity and Equity office has spent over 25 years advocating for student civil rights. She played a pivotal role in development of many district-related foundational nondiscrimination policies. She leverages conflict resolution skills in building trusting relationships with stakeholders. Ms. Hall-Panameno elevates relationships with external and internal partners to advance a shared vision of preparing students to prosper in an increasingly diverse and complex world.
