Andy Casillas (32, they/them) and Flora Gonska (26, she/her) are a married, polyamorous couple living in Los Angeles. They met on the dating app Grindr. They have participated in and led panels with app developers like DatingGrp.com and Grindr LLC in conversations about polyamory and queer dating, while personally navigating the complexities of being queer and non-monogamous in a society that centers cis-heterosexuality and monogamy. They are writing a research and personal experience based book on polyamorous relationships and family integration.

Poly and Pan: Navigating Non-Monogamy and Queerness with Young People
This queer, poly couple will go over the basics of what it means to be ethically non-monogamous, the difference between polyamory and non-monogamy, give some historical context and terminology you might not have heard of before, and touch on the importance of teaching youth simple concepts like tolerance, consent, honesty, and compersion. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
